SPEAKER_12:

Hi, everybody. Welcome back to Biggest Best Life. I'm Lauren Chapnick. I'm your host. And we are bringing this season to a close today. Today marks the last episode of season one. And what an adventure we have had together. I have traveled to the woods of Massachusetts, to Dallas, Texas, to Tampa, Florida, and all over New York State to bring you the best guests, the best conversations with entrepreneurs, business owners, people who have gone out there and taken action to live their biggest best life. And every single guest that we have had, I have asked them two questions at the end. I said, What do you think it means to live your biggest best life? And to complete this sentence, happiness is so to wrap things up, I am going to give you a montage, a collection of all of our guests this season and their answers to those two questions. But first, I'm gonna give you my answers. And to be honest, I haven't given this much thought. This is gonna be off the cuff. To live your biggest best life. What do I think it means to live your biggest best life? I think it means to shed away everything that no longer serves you, and to continue to step into whatever is calling you, into your greatest purpose, to be present in the moment with everybody that you speak to, and to surrender to whatever is happening, and really step up and live that biggest best life. Happiness. Happiness is being present with those you love and enjoying every moment and finding the joy in every moment with those that you love, friends, family, and friends who are family. We will be back for season two on January 7th, 2026, and I've got some big surprises coming your way. The show will have a new name, a slightly different angle, and it will be bigger and better than ever. I will see you then. I hope everybody has a Merry Christmas, happy Hanukkah, happy new year, happy everything that you celebrate, and live your biggest best life always. And I will see you in 2026. Here is that montage that I promised you, and I can't wait to see you in the new year. Bye-bye.

SPEAKER_03:

Two questions I ask everybody. What do you think it means to live your biggest best life?

SPEAKER_08:

Oh wow. I think we talked about it. I think it's it's owning your time and doing what you love. You're not here. I mean again, it's it's perspective, I guess. Like maybe you are here to make as much money as possible. Maybe that's what you love. So great, go do that. That's your thing, go do it. But not all of us are here to make as much money as we want and have that be our goal in life. Like your goal in life is to do what you love and use your time, spend your time with people you care for and who care for you, and doing the things you enjoy, living your biggest best life is like knowing that you do as much of the things you love with the people you care about as often as you can.

SPEAKER_12:

What do you think it means to live your biggest best life?

SPEAKER_04:

This is gonna be cheesy, but it's gonna be good. Go ahead and do the things that are scary because usually when they're scary, they're good. Um don't sell yourself short. Just do it and do it with good intentions. You can do it. You just have to push it, you have to you have to come out of that, you know, comfortability, and just you have to you you'll be fine, you'll do it. Yeah, yeah. Stay true. That's it. Okay, yeah.

SPEAKER_11:

Deanna, what do you think it means to live your biggest best life?

SPEAKER_00:

My biggest best life is really just living in the moment. Um, I can't imagine being anywhere else. I did make the decision early on when I was just 20 years old that I didn't want to work for anybody else. I didn't want to punch anybody else's fuck. And and to me, it's been my my truest gift to myself. To be able to work for myself, even though it isn't unfortunate and I have a board and it doesn't have business model. Um it's my time. It's my gift to the community and my gift to myself, to be able to have a flexible schedule, to spend time with my family, which is the most valuable thing, as much as I love my time with the horses, and I love helping people. It's really being able to tune in with my family, share this with my family, and spend as much time as I can with my family doing what I love. I think that's my my truest, biggest, biggest joy is doing what I love with the people that I love.

SPEAKER_03:

Tammy, what do you think it means to live your biggest best life?

SPEAKER_09:

It means being happy, it means being stress-free, and it means loving what you do and doing what you love.

SPEAKER_02:

Jana, what do you think it means to live your biggest best life?

SPEAKER_10:

Um, I think it really is finding yourself and then being like bold and authentic to you, and really like living that path of like, yeah, it's gonna be trial and error, but finding like, okay, I want to help people in this way, trial and erring until you get there, and let like each time it goes wrong, you learn something. Each time it goes right, you learn something, and really not being afraid to try things to go out there and see, like, yeah, this this is like something that I'm interested in. Go after it.

SPEAKER_02:

Coach said, What do you think it means to live your biggest best life?

SPEAKER_07:

I think living your biggest best life means living in your purpose, and that is, I don't think your purpose you have just one purpose throughout life. I think that it changes in through seasons and to follow what you believe it is, right? Not just saying like this is my purpose now and assuming like I have to do this for the rest of my life because this is my purpose. No, you don't. Your purpose can change and shift throughout seasons, and following that I think is the like best way to live your biggest best life.

SPEAKER_02:

What do you think it means to live your biggest best life?

Michelle Jewsbury:

Be authentically you, be transparent, be trustworthy, be authentic. A lot of people, I've shared stages with so many individuals, say one thing in front of the curtain and another thing behind the curtain. Be you everywhere. And there are gonna be naysayers. There's at this time of this recording, there's eight billion people on this planet. It's going to exponentially increase here pretty soon. There's many people who are not gonna like you. So what? So what? Yeah. Be you anyway. You don't need to be fake, you don't need to um pop your collar and pretend that you're okay when you're not. Be authentic. Yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

Complete this sentence. Happiness is what he said to that.

SPEAKER_08:

Happiness is good family, good friends, good food. And the great outdoors.

SPEAKER_12:

Complete this sentence.

SPEAKER_04:

Happiness is happiness. I guess. Key. We could say that. Happiness is key. Like if you're not happy, you know, something's going on. And you can get there. Takes time. Find the right things around you that make you feel happy. For sure.

SPEAKER_11:

Complete this sentence. Happiness is. Happiness is.

SPEAKER_00:

Happiness is doing what feels right. Um, and there's there's so many people that might tell you. I guess I'm gonna complete more than just a sentence, but um there's so many people that tell you what you should be doing, what they would do in your shoes, and happiness is not listening to any of that. Happiness is listening to your own true north, your own heart, your own life journey. And that that's just it. Happiness is is listening to yourself and and doing what feels right to you. Love it.

SPEAKER_03:

Complete this sentence. Happiness is the life you make.

SPEAKER_09:

Perfect.

SPEAKER_02:

Um, complete this sentence. Happiness is self-acceptance. Love it. Complete this sentence.

SPEAKER_06:

Happiness is just say, well, you said whatever comes out. I have so many thoughts.

SPEAKER_07:

Okay, hmm, okay. Happiness is an emotion, just like any other emotion. It comes and it goes, and I think we get ourselves into a little bit of trouble when we are chasing the emotion of happiness as opposed to letting it just kind of wash over us and go and come when it pleases, when it's time.

SPEAKER_02:

Complete this sentence. Happiness is happiness, is joy.

Michelle Jewsbury:

Right? A lot of people, happiness is when I make it here, do that. No, happiness is joy, and your joy could be in the midst now. You can be happy now. Happiness is um understanding that life is life and enjoying the journey. I think that's that's what it is, enjoying the journey. Yeah.
